  If I could give them a negative number I would. I took my puppy in to be groomed and was very specific to only cut off half the length of his fur with scissors only as he is terrified of clippers. Not only did she cut him with clippers he was shaved practically bald and cut in several places including his face. I am absolutly outraged and even after all the mistreatment of my dog I was not allowed to see him till I paid for the cut. His facial hair was cut lopsided with at least a centimetre difference each side.

  My beautiful dog has been mutilated. I will never. Ever come here again and for the safety of your pets I am telling you to never get a groom done there. Not ever!!

  Always friendly at jandakot and always helpful with suggestions for my destructive dogs and also love the new "ever clean" kotty litter that was recommended on the last visit
